Goblin Picks is an educational sports-analytics brand. We do not operate betting, but many in our community follow sports wagering, so we take responsible gaming seriously and want everyone to stay in control.

1. Adults only

All content is intended for adults. You must meet the legal age in your state (18 or 21). We do not target or knowingly serve minors — see our Minor Protection Policy.

2. No guarantees, no "easy money"

Betting and investing carry real risk. Nothing we publish is a guarantee of a win, profit, or income, and nothing we publish should be treated as a way to "make money fast." Never wager more than you can afford to lose.

3. Healthy habits

Set a budget and a time limit before you start — and stick to it.
Don't chase losses or bet to recover money.
Never bet with money meant for essentials (rent, bills, food).
Don't bet while under stress, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Take regular breaks; keep betting a form of entertainment, not a source of income.

4. Warning signs of problem gambling

Spending more time or money than intended.
Hiding gambling from family or friends.
Feeling anxious, irritable, or guilty about gambling.
Borrowing money or neglecting responsibilities to gamble.

5. Tools that can help

Most licensed sportsbooks offer deposit limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion. We encourage you to use them. Many states also offer voluntary self-exclusion programs through their gaming regulator.
